My wife and I had been searching the USA (literally) for the past year or so after living full time in a motorhome. One area we were very interested in was the Pensacola area. Just so happened that my wife found a couple of homes she wanted to see in Foley, AL. On a Saturday morning, we drove to what we found to be Cottages on the Greene in Foley to get a feel for the area. We called some agent numbers on For Sale signs and had no response. Then, we saw a sign with the name "Joe Toomey" and gave him a call. Not only did we get Joe on the phone, he told us to give him 30 minutes and he'd be glad to show us the home. Joe showed up!
